Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilizing your clinical training and education, you will formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses for patients, analyzing their emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting their care.

• In collaboration with patients, you will create individualized treatment plans that are centered around their unique needs and goals, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.

• You will apply evidence-based interventions, such as solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing, to engage with patients effectively, using methods that are designed to achieve positive outcomes.

• Coordination of care with other healthcare providers—including psychologists, primary care doctors, and service providers—will be an integral part of your role, fostering a comprehensive approach to patient well-being.

• You will track treatment responses systematically and monitor progress towards treatment objectives, holding virtual or in-person sessions to assess and adjust strategies effectively.

• Working alongside medical providers, you will support psychotropic medication management, ensuring that patients adhere to prescribed treatments while closely monitoring for any side effects.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Applicants must possess a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
