Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, background information, and treatment objectives.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients to establish trust, facilitating open communication and collaboration throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. The role demands sensitivity and adaptability to address the unique needs and backgrounds of each client, ensuring that our services are culturally competent and responsive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a private practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
