Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while working within a supportive and collaborative team environment. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives from your home office while interacting regularly with team members and families via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and methodologies to identify developmental needs.
\n
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they reflect the unique needs of each child and their family.
\n
• Monitor and track outcomes as a contributing team member to assess progress and tailor interventions as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate connections and provide support to families, equipping them with information and strategies that promote their child’s development and well-being.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in service delivery.
\n
• Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with children, families, and fellow team members to foster a nurturing and effective learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to inform your approach and recommendations.
\n
• Implement strategies that are adapted to various learning styles in order to meet the individualized treatment plans of each child.
\n
• Work proactively to maintain the health and safety standards necessary for the well-being of both staff and service users.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus primarily on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, delivering interventions that support their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills as they transition through early childhood. Your efforts will help families navigate the challenges they face, ensuring that children are equipped to reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.
\n
• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for home visits as needed.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children in early intervention settings, particularly in collaboration with families.
\n
• Commitment to adopting Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach to intervention.

Compensation and Benefits\n
