This position allows for flexible working conditions, with the convenience of a remote work setting. While you will primarily conduct sessions from your chosen environment, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to accommodate our clients’ varied schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, analyzing clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources to tailor your approach effectively.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions, adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing assessment and client feedback.

• Facilitate input during collaborative care meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure the welfare of clients in immediate distress.

• Maintain compliant and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and therapeutic progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Organize and lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and therapeutic workshops aimed at enhancing skills and resilience among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
