Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position that provides the flexibility to work from your chosen setting while being part of a dedicated virtual team. Although the primary work setting is remote, we occasionally encourage collaboration through virtual meetings and training sessions to ensure all staff remain connected and aligned with the clinic’s objectives. Evening and weekend hours may be required to best meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Administer individual therapy sessions as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including clearly defined goals and therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans as necessary to stabilize clients in acute distress.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups for varying mental health topics.

• Maintain precise and timely client documentation to uphold compliance with ethical and legal standards within the mental health profession.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health treatments to continually enhance your clinical skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
