Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in the form of individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Utilize best practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of students.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, including specific goals and interventions that cater to the developmental and emotional needs of children and adolescents.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators, to ensure integrated and comprehensive client-centered care.

• Facilitate crisis intercession, risk assessments, and safety planning to address acute mental health needs as they arise.

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards for record-keeping.
