Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying their strengths and available resources.

• Develop, execute, and continually adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate regular group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, cultivating an engaging and supportive group dynamic.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to each client’s treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to students as necessary, demonstrating a quick and compassionate response in urgent situations.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in alignment with both ethical guidelines and state regulations, capturing client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to organizational strategies for mental health service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
