Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring comprehensive care delivery within local schools. As a clinician, you will engage directly with students, parents, teachers, and various stakeholders to address emotional and behavioral issues impacting academic performance and social interactions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of students experiencing major mental illnesses or significant emotional difficulties.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring that students have access to comprehensive support services tailored to their needs.

• Conduct assessments and screenings to diagnose conditions accurately and refer students to additional resources when necessary.

• Collaborate with educational staff and family members to promote students’ overall well-being and facilitate effective interventions in the school setting.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to students in acute distress.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Provide training and resources to school staff on mental health topics and effective intervention strategies to support students.

• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned to ensure timely support for students outside of regular program hours.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age, many of whom may be facing socio-economic challenges, trauma, or other barriers to mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; candidates with a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) will be prioritized.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children or adolescents is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
