Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Growth P.C., you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks that aim to support the mental health of students:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify students' needs and challenges, then developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.

• Providing therapeutic services including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies tailored to each student’s unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

• Collaborating with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to develop a coordinated care approach for students, enhancing their educational and holistic outcomes.

• Engaging in case consultations and peer review sessions to continually refine best practices and therapeutic methods, thereby elevating the quality of care delivered.

• Educating students and their families about mental health issues, available treatment modalities, and relevant community resources to foster empowerment and informed decision-making.

Your primary client focus will be students from diverse backgrounds grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
