Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students exhibiting symptoms of mental health disorders.

• Provide various therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing each client’s specific needs.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to students in distress.

• Collaborate closely with school staff and external agencies to ensure the integration of behavioral health care and educational support.

• Educate and empower clients and their families in understanding mental health challenges, resources, and service utilization.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting children and adolescents ranging from elementary to high school age, who may be facing significant mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
