Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive virtual therapy sessions to a minimum of 25 clients per week, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Conduct regular assessments of client's mental health status and manage treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Handle various administrative tasks such as documenting session notes, following up with client progress, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, including consultations and information sharing with interdisciplinary teams.

• Participate in case reviews and team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on your clinical expertise.

• Utilize our electronic health record (EHR) system to document all interactions and maintain thorough client records for continuity of care.

Your focus will be on serving adult clients, many of whom may be managing complex emotional issues related to terminal illnesses and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.

• An active LCSW license valid in the State of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, ideally within a mental health or hospice environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies such as CBT or Psychodynamic approaches.

• Ability to provide psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and older, with an emphasis on understanding complex emotional responses to grief and loss.

• Possession of current professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
