Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, identifying areas for intervention and support.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Develop personalized service plans that align with clients’ goals and objectives, reviewing and modifying plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.

• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to community resources, educational support, and social justice initiatives.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care, share insights, and enhance program effectiveness.

• Engage in program development activities, including the evaluation of existing services and contributing to grant reporting efforts.
