Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day functions will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments that identify students’ emotional and behavioral challenges. You will develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs, employing evidence-based practices that guide students toward meaningful progress.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit the unique context of a school environment.

You will be working primarily with school-aged children and teenagers, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, indicating your foundation in clinical practices and ethics.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona, confirming your professional qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
