Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to assigned clients experiencing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders through both virtual and, when necessary, in-person interactions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of each student, facilitating therapeutic goals and progress.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify mental health needs, leveraging both your clinical expertise and community resources.

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to coordinate care and create supportive treatment environments.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at empowering clients, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting resilience.

• Assist with crisis intervention as needed and provide on-call support during specified hours to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
