This position allows for a full-time commitment, equating to 40 hours per week, while functioning remotely. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients utilizing appropriate clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to create individualized care plans that reflect cultural diversity and special needs.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress by implementing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and family therapy techniques.

• Document and maintain comprehensive treatment records, clinical notes, and reports accurately and on time, complying with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate collaborative treatment plans aimed at achieving targeted mental health outcomes, ensuring active participation in the therapeutic process.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers, establishing effective working relationships with external agencies to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Provide mentorship and supervision for social work students, interns, and new team members, contributing to their learning and professional development.

• Participate in ongoing peer reviews and clinical collaborations with your supervisor, enhancing the quality of care provided and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
