Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses (when appropriate), and evaluations of patients’ mental health conditions, utilizing established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop customized care plans that reflect the cultural and individual needs of each patient.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient treatments and therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies based on real-time data and insights.

• Document treatment records, reports, and any clinical information meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols using current technology systems.

• Foster collaboration with patients and their families to create a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to their specific goals and needs, enhancing their mental health journey.

• Facilitate safety measures and symptom reduction techniques within treatment strategies while working effectively within a dynamic team setting, participating in brainstorming sessions to align on patient care objectives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and skills.
