Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' mental health needs using standardized tools and methodologies, including but not limited to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique circumstances and cultural background, ensuring approaches align with best practices in mental health care.

  Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to support mental health diagnoses and achieve therapeutic objectives.

  Engage collaboratively with students, families, and educators to create a supportive treatment atmosphere, fostering open lines of communication and shared decision-making.

  Provide education and outreach regarding mental health resources and services available within the school and local community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus for this role will be on children and adolescents in a school environment who are coping with the emotional and psychological impacts of cancer. Qualifications\n

  Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
