Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will be both dynamic and impactful, including:

• Documenting sessions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining accurate and confidential records for all clients.

• Collaborating with educators, school staff, and families to promote mental health awareness and ensure a coordinated approach to each student's care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and striving for continuous improvement through peer reviews and interdisciplinary discussions.

• Delivering psychoeducation to students and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their well-being.

• Staying updated with current research and best practices in mental health, incorporating new knowledge into your therapeutic work.

• Managing a caseload efficiently, ensuring that treatment goals are met in a timely manner while adhering to ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

This role predominantly serves children and adolescents dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
