Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, providing a foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that clinical decisions are informed by the latest research and best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, advocating for their mental health needs while promoting self-care strategies and coping mechanisms.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback from clients.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records reflect the high quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support individuals grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our client population is diverse, spanning various ages, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, enabling you to practice culturally responsive and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within Texas.
\n
• In-depth knowledge and clinical experience in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• Documented track record demonstrating successful treatment outcomes for clients facing mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge meaningful connections with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a proven history of working in outpatient settings or specialized training in therapeutic techniques for mood disorders will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
