Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status, needs, and goals of each client you serve.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing mental health therapy, with a strong emphasis on empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with your peers.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities for maintaining caseloads and managing therapy sessions efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on board.
