Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that the therapeutic approach is tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide high-quality psychotherapy to adults.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and client outcomes to comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to monitor their progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide necessary support between sessions.

• Collaborate with a network of fellow therapists to share best practices and support each other in professional development.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry standards and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults seeking therapeutic support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Our focus is on providing compassionate care that meets patients where they are, ensuring that all individuals receive the support they need to thrive emotionally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted therapist license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.

• Strong skills in writing and documentation, with an emphasis on producing clear and concise records of therapy sessions.

• A clean record without any disciplinary actions by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training and demonstrated proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Experience conducting telehealth sessions and familiarity with the technologies used for online therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
