Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions with your clients. You will benefit from a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some accommodation for patient needs as necessary. Our approach to telehealth services not only allows you to reach clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person appointments, but it also empowers you to create a personalized experience that aligns with their comfort levels and preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to implement targeted interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain a collaborative relationship with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, relevant treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their care journey.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance your cultural competency and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Holds a current and valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Experienced in delivering mental health care utilizing culturally competent and inclusive methodologies.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and effective crisis intervention.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• A steadfast commitment to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
