Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health therapist, you will function within a community health clinic framework dedicated to health equity and accessibility. Our virtual setup encourages collaboration with other care providers, while also allowing flexibility in your schedule to accommodate the diverse needs of our patient base. The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adjustments possible depending on patient appointments and crises.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting methods to fit the cultural contexts and personal backgrounds of your patients.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, liaising with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
