Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate the unique experiences and needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns while promoting resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and effective care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies with a calm and composed approach.

• Engage with clients and their families to educate them about treatment options, mental health conditions, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing case conferences and team-building initiatives, ensuring a unified approach to mental health care delivery.

• Stay current with research findings and best practices in mental health therapy, continually integrating new information into client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in delivering therapy that is culturally responsive and involves individualized approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Allure Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
