Our practice follows a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to meet patient needs. We support our staff by providing necessary technological resources and training to flourish in a remote counseling environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments encompassing the emotional, social, and psychological factors affecting patients' well-being, and develop comprehensive treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions customized to address the individual needs of patients, taking into account their diverse cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Provide a variety of therapy modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to foster resilience, coping skills, and overall mental health improvement.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services in urgent mental health situations, providing timely support and connecting patients to additional resources when necessary.

• Educate patients and families about mental health issues and treatment options, as well as link them to community resources for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that meets legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance in all client interactions.

• Actively contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to enhance team effectiveness and cultural responsiveness.

• Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and cultural considerations impacting mental health therapy to deliver optimal care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
