Key Responsibilities\n

• Advocate for clients by helping them navigate community resources and social services, ensuring access to the support systems necessary for their overall well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, progress notes, treatment plans, and other required documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create a unified approach to client care.

• Educate clients on coping skills, self-care strategies, and effective communication techniques; empower them in managing their mental health independently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will involve working primarily with adults in the community facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
