Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages for clients to assist them in overcoming personal challenges and dependencies.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to evaluate their current condition, identifying strengths, weaknesses, needs, and goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and establish measurable objectives specific to each client's circumstances.

• Regularly monitor and assess clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.

• Provide informed counseling and actionable information during sessions to empower clients in their recovery journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, documenting their status and progress for effective case management.

• Participate actively in virtual case conferences and offer professional insights during court proceedings when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, acting as a key worker and advocate for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role includes working with vulnerable populations experiencing various challenges. Clients may be faced with emotional crises, family disputes, substance abuse issues, or mental health conditions. A deep understanding of trauma-informed care and the ability to offer culturally competent support is essential for success in this role. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brighter Future Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience.
