You will primarily support individuals undergoing detoxification and those preparing for or integrating experiences with psychedelics in a structured and therapeutic setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to identify clients' needs and issues.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans that cater to clients' specific situations and goals.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities, providing counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy tailored to the various needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring that records are submitted within 24 hours of service and are compliant with ethical standards.

• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay current with best practices and the latest developments in psychological therapies and legal/ethical matters.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients in a detox center environment, providing mental health support prior to, during, and following their psychoactive therapy experiences. This demographic may include individuals with varying backgrounds and mental health histories, all seeking alternative approaches to healing. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to the individual needs of clients will be crucial to their success.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential or equivalent certification in a related field is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, reflective of the candidate's experience and location.
