Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate and document clients' strengths and needs, using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique challenges faced by clients in detox care.

• Work alongside physicians, addiction specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate a fully integrated care plan that addresses both mental health and substance use.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources, recovery programs, and support services that enhance their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records that reflect client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to collaborate on care strategies and share insights, all aimed at improving the client experience and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve primarily includes individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
