The work environment at Post Traumatic Mental Therapist Clinic is flexible and supportive, prioritizing work-life balance. As part of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to explore various shift options, including 4x10 or 5x8 schedules during our operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. Our emphasis on a remote setting allows for a comfortable and adaptable workspace while ensuring you still engage meaningfully with clients through telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather detailed social, personal, and health information, aiding in the formulation of effective treatment plans.

• Evaluate and address mental health issues within your scope of practice, implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs and activities that address the emotional and social needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution and referrals to external resources when necessary.

• Establish and nurture a relationship characterized by mutual respect, trust, and acceptance with all clients.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of provided services, adjusting plans as necessary to improve client outcomes.

• Document all findings and interactions in client records in compliance with established guidelines.

• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all services rendered.

• Engage in individual clinical counseling, contributing to a team-based approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
