Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into students' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support resources.

• Provide individualized therapy, as well as family and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific goals, strategies, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including school psychologists, counselors, and educational staff, to create integrated support strategies for students.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and safety planning whenever required, employing best practices to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at educating students and their families about mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves students from various backgrounds, ranging in age from elementary to high school. You will work with students facing a diverse set of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and adjustment difficulties related to school environments. Your efforts will play a vital role in helping these students overcome obstacles and thrive both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, ideally with some background in educational psychology or school-based services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
