Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent details regarding clients' mental health struggles, strengths, and resources to tailor their treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and interventions, ensuring that clients' unique needs are met.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to both ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups that foster community and patient engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to this base salary, we offer a generous sign-on bonus.
