Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to develop individualized care plans that align with evidence-based mental health practices.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to accurately diagnose conditions when necessary, ensuring that cultural diversity and specific patient needs are recognized and integrated into their treatment plans.

• Monitor ongoing patient progress by utilizing appropriate interventions and strategically adapting treatment plans based on evolving patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and progress in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational requirements using modern electronic health record systems.

• Collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with input from patients and their families, striving for achievable goals and desired outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to necessary support services and maintain effective communication with external providers, ensuring continuity in patient care.
