Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a vital link between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to coordinate holistic care plans that foster effective communication.

• Engage with insurance companies to navigate pre-certification processes and manage utilization to optimize client access to services.

• Contribute significantly to discharge and aftercare planning, making sure all clients receive proper continuity of care post-transition.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, encouraging healthy relationships with food while demonstrating coping strategies for emotional eating.

The role of LCSW comes with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually .
