Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth. Utilize validated assessment tools and techniques to inform your practice and ensure accurate diagnosis.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ specific circumstances and goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address clients' emotional and psychological challenges effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring that client records reflect accurate treatment history and progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including other healthcare professionals and support staff, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with coping strategies and information that fosters informed decision-making throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona, with no disciplinary actions on record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 52,000 – 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and credentials.
