Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client goals.

• Regularly implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to enhance client coping strategies and overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon without any disciplinary history.

This position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , depending on your experience and qualifications.
