Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the emotional, psychological, and social needs of clients, developing individualized treatment plans that address these needs effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches—to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring that all information is handled with utmost confidentiality.

• Engage in regular case consultations with your treatment team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and family therapists—to coordinate care and share insights for holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Willow Therapeutic Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and specialized expertise.
