Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to provide individualized therapy sessions.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and interventions adapted to clients' progress.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and encourage peer support among participants.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, when necessary to support clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure high-quality care and accountability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
