Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Facilitate weekly peer consultation meetings to foster team synergy and improve service delivery outcomes.

Your clients will encompass a diverse population dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating proficiency with diverse therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
