Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain an accurate understanding of each client's mental health status, strengths, and challenges, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in collaborative practices with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care.

• Conduct crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure clients receive prompt support during critical times.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly to comply with both ethical and legal requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to encourage peer support and shared learning among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
