Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions aimed at improving client outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated and cohesive care for each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring safety and appropriate action plans are in place.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current, valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
