Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and gather information about their background, strengths, and resources.

• Provide personalized individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and interventions aligned with clients’ needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Perform crisis intervention as necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate client concerns.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing experiences.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
