Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their backgrounds, strengths, and challenges.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Create, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that articulate measurable goals and targeted interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to guarantee a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, engaging in immediate risk assessments and developing safety plans to manage high-risk situations effectively.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating a safe space for discussion and healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
