Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health strengths and needs, ensuring that care plans are tailored to each individual's specific situation.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as clinically appropriate, catering to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care, enhancing the treatment experience and supporting clients’ holistic wellness.

• Advocate passionately for clients' rights and access to necessary community resources, facilitating connections to supportive services outside the therapeutic setting.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development workshops to continually enhance your clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery, as well as those with complex mental health issues. These clients often require specialized support in navigating emotional, psychological, and situational challenges. Your role will be integral in helping them develop coping strategies, improve resilience, and achieve measurable mental health improvements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, providing a robust theoretical foundation in mental health practices.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, validating your expertise and professional standing.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work, reinforcing your capability to engage effectively with clients in a variety of settings.
