Work Environment\n

This position operates primarily within a hybrid framework, allowing you to work remotely while also engaging with patients in our Hospice Center based in Seattle, Washington. This flexibility enhances our team's ability to serve clients effectively while promoting work-life balance. Our clinic is structured to facilitate collaboration, allowing our team members to work closely with medical professionals, support staff, and other clinical social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients and their families, taking into account various factors such as psychological and social aspects of health, interests, motivation, abilities, and history of substance use.

• Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, substance use disorders, and more, following the latest DSM guidelines.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set achievable goals utilizing appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques such as cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, and crisis intervention.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to observe and interpret patient behaviors, consult, and apply psychological principles for effective intervention.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and clinical findings in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with team members on complex cases, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment and patient care.
\n
• Engage in additional tasks as assigned to further support the mental wellness of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Our patients represent a broad demographic spectrum, and you will have the opportunity to provide both one-on-one therapy sessions and group-focused interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, including direct clinical internship experience that meets professional standards.

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification in Washington state.

• Recent clinical experience (within the past 12 months) providing psychological services in outpatient or consultative settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Home of Mental Wellness Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
