Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Provide a range of therapy services, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic and achievable treatment goals, and regularly review progress to adapt plans as necessary; maintain ongoing communication to ensure the highest level of care.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in compliance with applicable state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training, to remain abreast of new therapeutic techniques and trends in the field, contributing to personal skill enhancement and clinic service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse client populations, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and developmental backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring that you possess the foundational knowledge and competency in clinical practices.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in providing therapeutic services, particularly with individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
