Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop tailored plans of treatment, focusing on psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions to facilitate effective patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs and progress of patients, ensuring that all clinical and progress notes are accurately documented in accordance with departmental policies.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services for individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, assisting them in navigating through acute life crises with empathy and understanding.

• Actively engage with clients' families and support systems to discuss treatment options and coordinate discharge planning, ensuring ongoing support beyond clinical services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.

• Possession of active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the State of Washington.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in electronic medical records, word processing, emails, and spreadsheet management.

• A strong background in working with individuals across the lifespan is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
