Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Brighthope Behavioral Center, your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. Your daily tasks may include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions and following evidence-based guidelines.

• Employing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices that best suit each client's circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to create a cohesive care strategy for clients.

• Participating in clinical consultations and case review meetings to enhance treatment quality and professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
