Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Live Path, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate for each client’s needs.

• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records to comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to create a coordinated care approach that addresses the comprehensive needs of patients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

• Providing education and ongoing support to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and relevant community resources.

Qualifications\n
