Key Responsibilities\n

• Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to report on patient progress, address needs, and highlight concerns for intervention.

• Maintain precise and timely records, including comprehensive clinical and progress notes, in compliance with departmental policies and regulations.

• Respond effectively to clients in crisis situations, offering immediate therapeutic support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Conduct ongoing assessments, documenting clients' progress towards their treatment goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Consult with families and support systems to coordinate treatment plans and discharge processes, ensuring continuity of care and community resource integration.
